Seasonal Sales Associate

We are one of two government branches responsible for B.C.'s cannabis and liquor industry. We manage the wholesale distribution of beverage alcohol and operate BC Liquor Stores retail outlets.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate aptitude for cashier duties, including calculations
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting 20-25 kg boxes
• Possess a valid Serving It Right Certificate

Additional duties may include operating mechanical and hand-operated equipment and handling large volumes of bottles for recycling.

Pay rate as of April 14, 2024: $26.0731/hour.

Availability required from July 1 through Labour Day and/or December 1-31, on an on-call basis. Shift work is necessary.

A Criminal Record Check is required.
