Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a full-time Sales Associate at our Vaughan, ON location. This commission-based role offers earning potential around CA$70,000 per year, with no guaranteed minimum income.

You’ll receive medical and dental benefits, a Deferred Profit-Sharing Program, wellness credits, and an associate discount. You will engage customers to identify needs, keep the store visually appealing, assist with inventory, and work with the team to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
