Job summary

Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to engage customers, promote sleep products and provide outstanding service. You will help maintain visually appealing stores, manage stock, and support inventory processes while contributing to a high-energy team.

The role emphasizes customer focus, willingness to learn, and availability for days, evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment. Benefits and incentive programs are offered to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service is an asset.

The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.
