Job summary

Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous? is seeking a results-driven sales associate to engage customers, promote quality sleep products, and maintain attractive store presentation.

You will work as part of a team to meet and exceed store goals while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires Mandarin fluency for Mandarin-speaking customers, availability to work days, evenings and weekends, and a willingness to travel between store locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail or Customer Service.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and promote products and services.
• Ensure stores are visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and counting inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
• Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role in order to effectively serve Mandarin‑speaking customers at these locations
• Ability and willingness to travel between store locations
• Access to reliable transportation
