Job summary

Dormez-vous is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to engage customers and identify their needs while promoting our quality sleep products. You will help maintain appealing store presentations and accurate stock levels, and work within a Sales team to exceed goals.

We value a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with a base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
• Ambition and willingness to pursue training and learning.
• Availability to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Engaging with customers to identify their needs and expectations and promoting our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensuring that our stores are always visually appealing through proper product presentation, replenishment, and store maintenance.
• Assisting with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborating as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.

The Qualifications And Experience We Value
