Job summary

Sundial's Liquor Depot Cascade location is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly customer service, handle checkout, maintain store standards, and assist with inventory. Training will be provided to learn products and policies.

Successful candidates bring a positive attitude, reliability, and comfort in a fast-paced retail setting, with ProServe certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• ProServe Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.

About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
