Job summary

Sundial’s Liquor Depot in Calgary is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers and ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll help with product recommendations, cash handling, and stock replenishment in a fast-paced retail setting. ProServe certification is required or you must be willing to obtain it.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to store cleanliness and safety while supporting promotions and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain) is required/preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and perform basic inventory checks.
• Check customer IDs to verify legal purchasing age.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
