Job Title: Sales Associate, North American Retail

Primary Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist in achieving store and individual sales goals.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Exhibit competencies such as Drive for Results and Customer Focus.
  2. Demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and flexibility.
  3. Drive sales and build customer relationships through sourcing and client strategies.
  4. Maintain store standards, process shipments, and replenish inventory.
  5. Adhere to policies including Loss Prevention and serve as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications include:

  • Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
