Job description

The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store's overall success and efficiency, demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers and driving results.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models.
  2. Creating a positive first impression.
  3. Building ongoing customer relationships.
  4. Efficiently processing customer transactions: Purchase, Return, Exchange, Found Order, etc.
  5. Preparing the store by organizing functional areas and performing routine cleaning.
