Herschel Supply Co. Banff is seeking Sales Associates to join our store crew on a part-time or full-time basis. If you thrive on meaningful connections and delivering standout service, you’ll help create a welcoming, authentic, elevated experience for every customer.

You’ll greet customers, share product stories, keep the shop organized, and run transactions using our POS and mobile systems. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are valued. Wage band is $17.85–$18.30 per hour.

As a key player on our retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming, authentic, and elevated experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll report to our Store Management & Key Holders - but more importantly, you’ll help bring the Herschel brand to life on the shop floor. Please do not apply unless you are already living locally.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Greet every customer with a warm welcome and authentic energy
• Use your product know-how to guide, recommend, and inspire
• Share the stories behind our gear - highlighting features, benefits, and what makes it uniquely Herschel
• Keep our store looking its best: organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Stay sharp on what’s in stock - on the floor, in the back, and online
• Jump in on receiving and prepping new product deliveries (yes, those boxes can be hefty: 10-30 lbs!)
• Support with restocking, tagging, and sale prep
• Keep fitting rooms flowing and merchandise returned, sized, and ready for the next shopper
• Run transactions smoothly using our POS and mobile systems
• Stay curious - always learning about new drops, brand initiatives, and trends
• Join in on store events, team training, and anything else that keeps the vibe strong

AVAILABILITY

Our Banff store is flexible on scheduling, we are interested in hearing from applicants with varying availability in terms of days of the week, and times. Part-time roles are 24 hours or less per week, but additional hours can be allocated depending on availability, customer traffic and business needs.

WAGE BAND

$17.85 - $18.30 per hour depending on experience
