Job summary

Leon’s is seeking a self-motivated, full-time Furniture Sales Associate in Canada. The role emphasizes technology passion, customer service excellence, and boosting the overall customer experience across our coast-to-coast network.

You will welcome customers, understand their needs, explain product features, guide purchases, and ensure accurate orders with timely follow-ups. A positive attitude and ongoing self-development are valued components of success at Leon’s.

• Explain the features and benefits of products to help customers make informed decisions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process from selection to finalizing transactions.
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience.
• Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.
• Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets including VAPS and product protection.

Compensation:

$55,000 to $100,000 plus (income may vary based on volume and location).
