Stretch Zone The Kingsway is seeking energetic, sales-driven team members to help grow our membership base. We offer full-time and part-time roles for Sales Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Able to ask for the sale and overcome objections.

• Available to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours and follow-up.
• Convert introductory stretches into long-term memberships.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text and email.
• Support member retention through excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
• Represent Stretch Zone professionally in the local community.
• Learn our sales and operating systems with opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Manager roles.
