Job summary

Stretch Zone – Upper Avenue is seeking an energetic Fitness Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base and deliver exceptional member experiences. The role focuses on selling memberships, guiding clients through consultations and studio tours, and maintaining strong relationships with current members.

You will drive outbound follow-up, convert trials to memberships, and strive to meet monthly sales goals while representing the Stretch Zone brand with professionalism in the local

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or related services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated; available for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours, and follow-up.

Stretch Zone is looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Fitness Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base and deliver an exceptional member experience. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling memberships, fitness services, wellness programs, or other consultative sales.

What You'll Do
