Job summary

Camper in Montreal is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team and deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting sales targets.

You will welcome customers, provide personalised advice, maintain visual merchandising, handle cash desk operations, and ensure stock is received, organized and displayed to reflect the brand's image. Fluency in English and flexibility for weekend shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably fashion/retail.
• Strong customer focus with results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive and collaborative team member.
• Flexible schedule with weekend/public holiday availability.
• Good level of English; other languages a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand's image and values.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
