Typical workday

Under store management supervision, you will assist and advise customers to maximize sales. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers warmly
• Helping customers find products, explaining features and materials, and suggesting alternatives
• Being available in the fitting room
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided)
• Preparing and arranging products on the sales floor
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Sharing new product information and top picks with customers
• Processing transactions at the cash register
• Following policies and procedures (training provided)
• Performing additional duties to support the team
