What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for assisting and advising customers while working to maximize sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting every customer warmly upon entry;
• Helping customers find what they’re looking for, answering questions, explaining product features, and suggesting additional products;
• Being available in the fitting room to assist customers;
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided);
• Preparing and arranging products on the sales floor to enhance the shopping experience;
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and backstore;
• Staying informed about new products to share top picks with customers;
• Assisting customers at the cash register and processing transactions;
• Following policies and procedures of the head office (training provided);
• Performing other duties to support the team as needed.

This position is permanent and part-time.
