What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers while working to maximize sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming every customer warmly
• Helping customers find products, answering questions, explaining product features, and suggesting alternatives
• Being available in the fitting room
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided)
• Preparing and arranging products on the sales floor
• Maintaining store and backstore cleanliness
• Sharing new product information and top picks with customers
• Processing transactions at the cash register
• Following policies and procedures from head office (training provided)
• Performing additional duties to support the team
