Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at the Minecraft merchandise pop-up store, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for one of the world’s most iconic gaming franchises. You’ll be responsible for delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient shopping experience for guests of all ages, while helping the team meet daily sales targets and ensuring smooth store operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, customer-focused, and love working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail or event environment.

Job Title: Sales Associate – Minecraft Exhibit

Location: Square One Shopping Centre

Schedule: June–September 2025 (12 weeks) | Must be available 30–40 hours/week

Shift Structure: 5–7 hour shifts, 6 days/week

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with purchases and product info

• Operate Square POS terminals and handle cashless transactions

• Restock displays and maintain a clean, well-organized store

• Act as a positive and engaging representative of the Minecraft brand

• Support guest flow and line management

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ months experience in retail, customer service, or events preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, positive, and comfortable interacting with people of all ages

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts

• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems (training provided

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
