What You’ll Do:

1. Greet customers warmly and assist them with product questions and selections.
2. Efficiently operate our Point of Sale (POS) system for purchases.
3. Maintain a tidy and appealing store environment, including restocking items.
4. Manage your time effectively to handle various tasks, especially during busier periods.
5. Share your knowledge of our products and suggest relevant items to customers.
6. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
7. Contribute your creative ideas and social media skills to help us connect with our community online.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Background in agriculture or basic knowledge, with opportunities for future education.
• Comfortable with basic math for accurate cash handling.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs (feed bags, etc.).
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A creative thinker with an eye for detail.
• Experience or interest in social media.
