Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Canada is seeking a friendly Sales Associate who will welcome guests, understand their goals, and help them find the right membership or training solution. You will drive new member inquiries, support current members, and contribute to a positive gym culture.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, comfortable with CRM systems and basic tech, and able to work flexible evenings and weekends while delivering great customer service.

• Support local marketing and member engagement efforts
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with basic day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, and light cleaning duties
• Promote a positive club culture by creating a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Outgoing, friendly, and great with people
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working with technology (CRM systems, email, etc.)
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset (fitness industry experience a bonus, but not required)
