Job summary

Psycho Bunny's Square One location in Mississauga is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience while upholding bold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will learn and use our POS systems, assist with visual directives, and contribute to inventory and order fulfillment. Build lasting customer relationships and drive sales through authentic clienteling and engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems to ring transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures and reporting violations.
• Engage with clients authentically and build long-term relationships to drive sales.
• Build a highly satisfied, loyal customer base by engaging, converting, and capturing customers' contact details.
• Assist with other duties as required by store management.

The Opportunity

The sales associate reports to the Store Manager and guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the Store, per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Your Daily Adventures

• You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.


• You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.


• You will protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor.


• You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.


• You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.


• You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Your Toolkit

• We require a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
