The Opportunity

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store, aligned with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Your Daily Responsibilities

1. Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
2. Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
3. Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and report violations.
4. Build authentic relationships with customers, focusing on sales and long-term loyalty.
5. Engage customers to build a satisfied and loyal customer base, capturing contact information.
6. Perform other duties as required by store management.
