The Dufresne Group, Ashley Canada Team, invites you to join as a Sales Associate at the Stoney Creek store located at 1776 Stone Church Road E. Help guests create homes they love while building a rewarding career with a trusted national retailer.

In this role you’ll guide guests, meet sales goals, stay current on products, and build relationships through in-store and online leads. The position includes industry-leading training, a supportive team, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience, retail or commissioned role preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes
• Meet or exceed sales goals

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred)
• A confident, results-driven sales approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor
