The Dufresne Group, owner of the Ashley Canada Team, invites you to join our Penticton store at 3039 Skaha Lake Rd as a Sales Associate. We offer a rewarding, growth-oriented environment where you can help guests create homes they love.

Part-time or full-time with strong earning potential: $30k+ part-time or $54k-$80k+ full-time based on performance. We provide discounts, benefits, and educational support; join a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Stay on top of product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings.
