The Ashley Canada Team at The Dufresne Group is hiring Sales Associates for our Heartland store in Mississauga. You’ll help guests find products that fit their homes and deliver exceptional service, driving sales and building lasting relationships.

With strong earning potential CAD 54,000–80,000+ (full-time) and clear career growth, you’ll join a collaborative, customer-focused team. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, with training, discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of sales experience, retail or commissioned preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor.

Responsibilities
