Culture Alberta is hiring a retail associate in Alberta. You will provide exceptional customer service, engage customers, and drive sales across furniture, technology and supplies.

You will work with store leaders to set and hit sales and margin goals, while maintaining brand standards and safety practices. You will also handle POS transactions, assist customers with tailored recommendations, and keep the store clean, organized and well-stocked.

Competenze

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Some of what you will do

Specifically, you will

• Engage with and sell to all our customers by offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
• Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
