Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support daily store operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with product recommendations, operate the register, and keep the store clean, organized, and compliant.

Training will be provided to help you succeed, and you’ll join a friendly team in a fast-paced setting that values reliability and teamwork. This role offers opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ProServe certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions, offering product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries and perform basic inventory checks.
• Check customer IDs to verify legal purchasing age.
