Job summary

WIRELESSWAVE in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking a full-time sales associate to help customers find the best wireless solutions and accessories. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate products, and process transactions.

The role rewards initiative, teamwork, and strong communication, with learning opportunities and a supportive, inclusive work culture.

Evenings and weekend availability is welcome as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer-facing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to learn about wireless products and services and explain them clearly to customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and answers questions.
• Process transactions accurately and upsell accessories when appropriate.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
