Job summary

WirelessWave in Canada (Welland) is hiring for a full-time customer service role. You’ll help customers find the right wireless solutions, assist with device selection, plan options, and keep the sales floor engaging.

We value a tech-friendly, reliable teammate who communicates well, supports peers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with weekend/evening shifts.
