The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with colleagues. We offer a full-time, 40-hour work week, with a competitive CAD hourly rate of 30–35 depending on experience.

Our sales team works with a wide range of customers, from small florists and garden centres to some of the largest grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and general administrative support to the sales team


• Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner


• Process orders and perform accurate data entry


• Assist with customer accounts and order-related requests


• Maintain accurate sales and customer information


• Provide support to the Key Account Manager and sales team as required


• Communicate with customers and internal departments to help ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently
