What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers while working to maximize sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting every customer warmly upon entry;
• Helping customers find what they’re looking for, answering questions, explaining product features, and suggesting other products;
• Making yourself available in the fitting room;
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided);
• Preparing, identifying, and arranging products on the sales floor to enhance the shopping experience;
• Keeping the store and backroom tidy and organized;
• Staying informed about new products to share top picks with customers;
• Accompanying customers to the cash register and processing transactions;
• Adhering to policies and procedures of head office (training provided);
• Performing additional duties to support the team as needed.

This position is permanent and part-time.
