About the Opportunity:
- Review purchase orders and profit margins to ensure cost efficiency and identify potential issues
- Develop a strong understanding of the ERP system, including the flow of purchase and sales orders and inventory management
- Utilize business intelligence software to extract and analyze operational and sales data
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer to monitor sales progression and assist in developing a master schedule
- Monitor sales orders to identify and investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Analyze sales data and investigate variances to support strategic decision-making
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments to support cash flow management
- Maintain and monitor CRM dashboards using tools such as Salesforce and business intelligence platforms
- Manage and analyze data for hundreds of sales orders each month to support operational accuracy and performance
About You:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a data analysis, finance, or procurement role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs; experience with macros or VBA is a strong plus
- Experience with any large ERP system; proficiency in Power BI is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
