Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. in Scarborough, Ontario, is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee to develop solutions for consumer and national accounts and manage fleet operations.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, a valid G license, willingness to travel to the US, strong communication, and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Valid Class G driver's license required; ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck.
• Ability to travel to the US for training.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers yards, close geographical area and training sites)
