We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to grow our client base! This is a fractional/part-time position, requiring one to two days per week. Hours are flexible and can be tailored to your schedule.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for business development by networking with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. The role involves coordinating and managing sales efforts to ensure consistent, profitable growth through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales and marketing plan;
• Create business development opportunities;
• Follow the Qualicare sales system to promote services;
• Establish rapport with healthcare professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory;
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals;
• Respond to direct client inquiries for services;
• Increase social media activity and effectiveness, including platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Background in outside sales and/or B2B sales;
• Experience managing social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram;
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
• Strong time management and planning skills;
• Professional demeanor.
