As a Sales Assistant at COBS Bread, you will:

1. Work as part of a small team, providing exceptional customer service, and getting to know your regular customers
2. Be responsible for merchandising products and executing marketing campaigns
3. Assist with keeping the bakery clean and support production as needed

Requirements

• Strong customer service focus and ability to multitask
• Experience in handling cash, credit card, and debit transactions is preferred
• Relevant retail experience is a strong asset

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
• Frequent use of both hands and forceful gripping
• Operating the POS system regularly
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level
