Reporting to the manager, the Club Channel Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the sales, production and marketing teams to introduce and manage our products in the CLUB channel. The person will act as marketing project coordinator and sales support.

Key activities
- Perform weekly and monthly sales analyses using the Pos database as well as internal sales reports.
- Coordinate the development of new products with various internal and external stakeholders: packaging approval, proof reading, timelines, first production, samples requests, etc.
- Monitor product inventories on a regular basis and conduct various follow-ups to optimize service level.
- Adapt marketing presentations in English and French.
- Coordinate demo programs according to the pre-established plan and update the monthly tracker.
- Assist with sales trade administration such as deal entries, deductions, classification and organization of deals for audit purposes.
- Review and maintain product attributes accuracy on the customer digital platform.
Required Training And Experience
- Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant/equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the food industry (an asset), CPG or Canadian retail.
Skills sought
- Bilingualism in French/English (essential: exchanges with unilingual Englis-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers in other provinces or countries).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
- Experience with Pos databases such as Nielsen, Circana (asset).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, prioritize, multi-task, detail oriented and highly organized.
- Strong ability to work in a team.
