Job summary

Convertiqq is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to gain hands-on experience in retail activations, customer engagement, and event marketing across stores and pop-ups in Vancouver.

You will assist with stand setup, talk to customers, answer product questions, help convert interest into sales, and report on campaign outcomes. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist into leadership roles.

Sales and Marketing Assistant — Convertiqq

Convertiqq helps brands grow through strategic customer acquisition, brand promotion, and high-performance sales systems. We're expanding our team and looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant who wants to build real, transferable skills in sales, customer service, and event marketing — out in the field at retail stores, pop-up events, and brand activations, not behind a desk.

What a week looks like

Some days you're helping set up an activation stand before doors open, making sure the brand looks sharp and the display draws people in. Other days you're on the retail floor, engaging customers, answering product questions, and helping convert interest into sales. You'll get hands-on experience across the full sales and marketing cycle — from first customer interaction to reporting on what worked and why.

Every new team member goes through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching, so this isn't just a shift — it's a genuine opportunity to build a skill set you can carry into future roles.

The details

Full-time, on-site — no phone-based or online work. Pay is $3,495–$4,275/month, with an immediate start for the right candidate. Based out of Vancouver, working across retail locations and event/activation sites in the area.
