Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking dynamic Brand Ambassadors for a Fire Safety Awareness Event in Squamish, BC. Earn $20 per hour for 4-hour weekend shifts with fully paid training before your first shift.

Represent our client’s fire safety products at Home Depot locations, interacting with customers and educating them during the campaign window. Choose a weekend between Sept 26 and Oct 17, 2026.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Reliable and punctual in scheduling and duties.
• Experience as a Brand Ambassador, in retail, sales or customer service is an asset.
• Ability to stand and engage with customers during the 4-hour shift.
• Cell phone capable of sending text messages and taking photos.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-store and educate them about fire safety products.
• Proactively approach customers and stay engaged throughout the shift.
• Complete the pre-call report and required training before your shift.
• Confirm arrival with Program Coordinator by text at shift start.
• Represent Marketsupport and client in a friendly, professional manner.

Brand Ambassador – Fire Safety Awareness Event

Marketsupport Canada is looking for dynamic, reliable, and customer-friendly Brand Ambassadors to represent one of our clients' fire safety products at Home Depot stores as part of our Fall 2026 campaign.

Home Depot Location-Squamish, BC

Are you looking to earn some extra income without having to work every weekend? Enjoy the flexibility of choosing the weekend that works best for you during the campaign period.

Event Schedule

• One 4-hour shift: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Choose Saturday OR Sunday
• Choose a weekend between September 26 and October 17, 2026
• Select the available weekend that best fits your schedule

Your Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-store and educate them about our clients' fire safety products
• Proactively approach customers and remain engaged throughout your shift
• Complete the pre-call report and required training before your shift
• Confirm your arrival with your Program Coordinator by text message at the start of your shift
• Represent our client and Marketsupport in a friendly and professional manner

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers

• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset
• Ability to stand and interact with customers for the entire 4-hour shift
• Cell phone capable of sending text messages and taking photos

Dress Code

• Black pants or jeans with no rips
• Steel-toe safety shoes is a must
• A branded apron will be provided

Compensation & Training

• $20.00/hour – 4-hour shift
• Fully paid training before your first shift
• All mandatory training hours are paid
• Travel time is unpaid, and mileage reimbursement is not provided

Interview Process

Selected candidates will be invited to a brief video interview via Zoom.
