About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi / Punjabi , have a car or be willing to commute, and be comfortable handling property listings, tenant communication, and conducting property showings.

This role combines tenant placement coordination with direct sales and leasing activities — including cold calling, lead generation, and managing the complete rental process from listing to signed lease.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, and past inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation : Actively source and qualify potential tenant leads through multiple platforms and direct outreach.
  • Listing Management : Post, update, and manage rental property listings on various rental sites. Ensure listings have accurate property details, pricing, and availability.
  • Conduct Showings : Schedule and personally conduct property viewings, delivering a professional and informative experience for prospective tenants.
  • Tenant Communication : Respond to inquiries promptly, provide property details, and complete initial tenant pre-screening.
  • Documentation : Assist with preparing lease agreements, collecting deposits, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and organized.
  • Monitor Market Trends : Stay updated with rental market rates and trends to help maintain competitive pricing and property exposure.
  • Car Required : Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to property viewings and client meetings within Brampton and nearby areas.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Fluent in English and either Hindi or Punjabi
  • Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy — able to manage online listings, CRM systems, and respond to digital inquiries efficiently
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Previous real estate, property management, or sales experience is an asset but not mandatory
