Qualifications

  • OMVIC registration and valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence required.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail or automotive setting.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the dealership—building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through their journey of leasing or purchasing their dream Mercedes-Benz. Responsibilities include :
  • Selling or leasing New and Pre-Owned vehicles
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process
  • Generating and following up on leads (phone, internet, and walk-ins)
  • Managing trade-in appraisals and financing with internal teams
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets
  • Staying informed about product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends

What You Bring

  • OMVIC registration and valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for automotive sales and delivering best-in-class service
