Whitby Mazda, part of Drive Auto Group, is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our sales team in Whitby. You will leverage strong product knowledge and customer service skills to meet and exceed client expectations while driving sales through demonstrations and follow-up.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of automotive sales experience, a valid OMVIC license and Ontario driver’s license. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork and a proactive attitude in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid OMVIC license.
• Ability to operate PC-based software; PBS experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience on all interactions with strong communication and understanding of customer needs.
• Maintain solid product knowledge of vehicles, packages, and latest technology.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles professionally with high quality.
• Follow up with buyers to secure referral business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales scenarios.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and colleagues.
• Bring a positive attitude to work daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all interactions by exercising excellent communication skills, and understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain solid product knowledge of vehicles, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Establish and maintain a cooperative and professional relationship with Management and colleagues.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications
