Job summary

Yukon Government’s Yukon Liquor Corporation is hiring a Sales and Distribution Coordinator in Whitehorse to manage liquor and cannabis sales at the central distribution center. The role includes processing orders, handling returns and providing administrative support including record keeping and accounts payable.

The position is full-time and permanent, requires 75 hours bi-weekly, and offers a pathway within a supportive public service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail and/or customer service environment, preferably in the Liquor Industry.
• Experience reviewing and processing merchandise orders.
• Experience using a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience providing basic accounting/financial functions; and
• Experience using a Point of Sales System (POS) would be an asset.
