Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to engage with local community.
• Prior agronomy retail or field experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and prospective customer accounts.
• Identify weeds and crop diseases and recommend crop protection products.
• Support precision agriculture platforms and agronomy trials.
• Contribute to daily branch operations and customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with growers and act as a trusted agronomy advisor.
