Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, is seeking an agronomy-focused professional in Saskatchewan to support growers with product recommendations, field trials and soil testing interpretation. You will work across demonstration plots, analyze test results and communicate with regional staff to optimize fertilizer and seed programs.

The role emphasizes practical agronomy, field-based testing, data interpretation and collaboration with management to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent supplemented with Agriculture/Agri-Business certificates or equivalent post-secondary education.
• 2+ years of applied agronomy and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid class 5 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate Nutrien products and fertilizer products to customers.
• Identify, procure and care for grower demonstration plots for varietal comparison purposes.
• Gather, compile, analyze and interpret test results and prepare and forward progress reports.
• Design and inspect program experiments, records, notes and seasonal staff logbooks.
