Inside Sales Representative - Remote (6-Month Contract) in Toronto, Canada

Our client, a Global Tech Company, is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative in Toronto, Canada, for a 6-month, remote W2 contract. Our client is a large global technology company focused on growing adoption of their newest products. This program aims to deliver top restaurants to customers' doorsteps through their online food ordering service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers, generating new business opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach through in-person visits and social media.
  2. Sales Calls: Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily to prospects, delivering compelling pitches and presentations to generate interest in products and services.
  3. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
  4. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
Qualifications
  1. Recent graduates or up to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or a related field.
  2. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Groove.
  3. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  4. Experience in selling technical products and/or working in a startup environment.
  5. Cold-calling sales experience.
  6. Fluency in spoken and written communication; multilingual abilities (French and Chinese preferred).
