The ProFab Group is seeking someone who will bring their unique touch to the position of Sales advisor at Quebec city offices.

Sales advisor | Quebec City | Full‑time position (39 hours per week)

As a Sales advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your technical knowledge and contribute to the team’s success.

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Great customers visiting the model units or the sales office and qualify their projects;
  • Assist customers by presenting various housing products, answering questions, and providing all necessary documentation and information;
  • Advise customers in selecting their options;
  • Ensure follow‑up with customers throughout the processing of their order;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Perform any other related tasks as requested by the immediate superior;
  • Provide client experience and support that exceed customer expectations.
Experience and qualifications required:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales;
  • Professional spoken and written French;
  • English is an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Team spirit;
  • Passion for sales;
  • Customer satisfaction oriented;
  • Adaptability to change;
  • Organized, autonomous, and rigorous;
