Job summary

IRIS Terrebonne is seeking a friendly sales consultant to join our team and help customers find eyewear that fits their style and needs. You’ll play a key role in creating an engaging shopping experience and in promoting our latest collections and trends.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of opticians, optometrists and professionals, with training and opportunities to advance within the IRIS network. Attitude and a desire to learn matter most.

Qualifications

• Attitude, personality and willingness to learn are valued above experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to achieving the clinic’s goals;
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish;

• Work collaboratively with a team of passionate opticians, optometrists, and other professionals.

You’re a cheerful, dynamic person who’s naturally comfortable around people.

You love fashion and trends, have a strong sense of customer service, and enjoy advising others.

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but for us, attitude, personality, and a desire to learn matter most.
