Job summary

New Look Eyewear is seeking a full-time team member to join our optometry-focused retail environment. You will greet customers, assist in selecting frames and lenses under professional supervision, and help drive sales while maintaining a top-tier customer experience.

Teamwork is essential as you support inventory, scheduling, and daily cash procedures. Evening and weekend mall hours apply; no prior experience is required as training is provided by our multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Interest in optics and eyewear.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as mall hours require.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses under supervision.
• Help team achieve sales targets.
• Work as a team with limited supervision.
• Receive and participate in inventory of frames.
• Make appointments and confirm appointments.
• Perform preliminary eye exam tests.
• Contribute to branch management for excellent customer experience.
• Daily close-out and cash deposits.
