As a Sales Adviser at Darlows Estate Agents in Merthyr Tydfil, you will receive:
- £25,000 basic salary

Training Journey:

Impact as a Sales Adviser:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly business targets
- Manage valuation generation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
- Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties for sale
- Prepare for Morning Meetings with updates on valuation pipeline
- Implement structured canvassing strategies, track leads, and utilize ROSIE effectively
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and development
- Manage portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads daily
- Communicate frequently with Local Owner to Sell customers
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing, prospecting, and social media activities
- Handle inbound calls for applicant registration, valuations, viewings, and financial services
- Seek opportunities for Google reviews to enhance reputation

Minimum Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
