What You Will Receive:
- £25,000 basic salary
- Additional commission scheme

- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and Development:
Your journey as a Sales Development Representative will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Ensuring that your daily, weekly, and monthly business targets are always met
- Managing valuation activities and opportunities within the branch
- Proactively communicating with potential clients and maintaining high outbound call volumes
- Fulfilling call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
- Participating in team meetings with updates on valuation pipelines
- Implementing structured canvassing strategies and tracking leads
- Engaging in daily coaching and business development meetings
- Managing online portal opportunities and leads effectively
- Building referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Engaging in local canvassing, prospecting, and building your personal brand via social media
- Handling inbound calls and qualifying opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
- Seeking opportunities for online reviews to enhance brand reputation

Minimum Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own vehicle in good condition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and attention to detail
