What You Will Receive:
  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and Development:

Your journey as a Sales Development Representative will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Ensuring that your daily, weekly, and monthly business targets are always met
  • Managing valuation activities and opportunities within the branch
  • Proactively communicating with potential clients and maintaining high outbound call volumes
  • Fulfilling call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Participating in team meetings with updates on valuation pipelines
  • Implementing structured canvassing strategies and tracking leads
  • Engaging in daily coaching and business development meetings
  • Managing online portal opportunities and leads effectively
  • Building referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Engaging in local canvassing, prospecting, and building your personal brand via social media
  • Handling inbound calls and qualifying opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seeking opportunities for online reviews to enhance brand reputation

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
